Frequently Asked Questions

How much does 3D printing cost?
Pricing is per gram of material: PLA ₹9/g, PETG ₹11/g, ABS ₹13/g, TPU ₹18/g, Carbon Fibre Nylon ₹30/g, with a ₹150 minimum order. A typical phone-stand-sized part costs ₹200–450. Use the instant calculator on our quote page for a live estimate.
How fast can I get my part?
Most single parts are printed within 24–72 hours of quote approval. Small parts under 6 hours of print time often ship same-day or next-day. Batch orders run on a rolling schedule — we can deliver units as they come off the machine.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ print directly. We also accept Fusion 360 and SolidWorks files, and can create a printable CAD model from hand sketches, photos with measurements, or a broken original part (CAD service from ₹250).
I don't have a 3D file. Can you still help?
Yes. Send photos of the object with basic measurements on WhatsApp, or describe what you need. We reverse-engineer parts in CAD regularly — replacement gears, brackets, knobs and enclosures are our most common no-file jobs.
Which material should I choose?
Quick rule: PLA for indoor display pieces and prototypes, PETG for functional or outdoor parts, ABS for heat resistance and glossy post-finishing, TPU for flexible parts, Carbon Fibre Nylon for engineering-grade strength. Our materials page has a full comparison, and we're happy to recommend on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside Faridabad?
Yes — pan-India. Faridabad pickup is free, Delhi NCR courier is ₹60–120 (next day), and the rest of India is ₹80–250 by weight with tracking, typically 2–5 days.
What is your minimum order?
₹150. Setting up a tiny print takes the same calibration and handling as a large one, so very small parts are priced at the minimum.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, automatically: 10% off at 10+ identical pieces and 20% off at 50+ pieces. For runs above 500 units, message us for a custom production quote.
How accurate are the prints?
Our industrial-grade printer holds ±0.1–0.2 mm on typical parts, with layer heights down to 0.05 mm for fine-detail work. For fit-critical features like bearing seats or screw bosses, tell us the critical dimensions and we'll calibrate for them.
Can you print in multiple colours?
Yes — our multi-material system prints up to four colours/materials in a single job. Popular for logos, trophies, signage and display models. Multi-colour adds print time, so expect a 20–40% price increase over single-colour.
Is 3D printed plastic strong enough for real use?
For most applications, yes. PETG and ABS parts routinely replace injection-moulded originals, and carbon fibre nylon approaches machined-aluminium stiffness for brackets and mounts. Strength depends heavily on print orientation — tell us how the part is loaded and we orient it accordingly.
What can't you print?
Anything larger than 256×256×256 mm in one piece (larger objects are printed in sections and joined), fully transparent glass-clear parts, and weapons or items illegal to manufacture. Food-contact and medical implant items need certified materials we'll discuss case by case.
How do I pay?
UPI, bank transfer or cash on pickup. Orders above ₹2,000 need 50% advance; smaller orders are payable on delivery. GST invoice available for businesses.
What if my print fails or arrives damaged?
Prints that fail our quality check are reprinted at our cost before dispatch — you never receive them. If a part arrives courier-damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we reprint and reship free.
Do you sign NDAs for confidential designs?
Yes. Startup prototypes and pre-launch products are a big part of our work; we're happy to sign your NDA before you share files.
