3D Printing Materials

Five production-ready filaments, stored dry and printed in an enclosed, calibrated chamber. Not sure which one? Read the “when not to use it” line on each card — that's usually the fastest way to decide.

PLA

₹9 PER GRAM · THE EVERYDAY WORKHORSE

50 MPatensile strength
55°Cmax service temp
±0.1 mmtypical tolerance
5 coloursin stock

Best for prototypes, display models, architectural models, décor and any part that lives indoors. Prints with the cleanest surface finish of any material and holds fine detail beautifully.

When NOT to use it: Avoid for parts left in a hot car, outdoor use, or anything load-bearing at temperature — PLA softens around 55°C.

PETG

₹11 PER GRAM · TOUGH, WEATHERPROOF, FOOD-SAFE BASE

53 MPatensile strength
75°Cmax service temp
±0.15 mmtypical tolerance
3 coloursin stock

Best for functional parts, outdoor fittings, brackets, containers and anything that gets dropped, flexed or left in the sun. Slightly glossy finish, excellent layer bonding, resists water and most chemicals.

When NOT to use it: Avoid when you need very sharp cosmetic detail — PETG can string slightly on intricate ornamental prints.

ABS

₹13 PER GRAM · THE ENGINEERING CLASSIC

40 MPatensile strength
95°Cmax service temp
±0.2 mmtypical tolerance
2 coloursin stock

Best for automotive interior parts, electrical enclosures, and parts that will be sanded, glued or acetone-smoothed to a glossy injection-moulded finish. Our enclosed heated chamber prints ABS without warping.

When NOT to use it: Avoid for large flat parts where dimensional perfection matters — ABS shrinks slightly as it cools.

TPU (Flexible)

₹18 PER GRAM · RUBBER-LIKE FLEXIBILITY

Shore 95Atensile strength
80°Cmax service temp
±0.2 mmtypical tolerance
2 coloursin stock

Best for gaskets, seals, phone cases, grips, wheels, vibration dampeners, wearables and protective bumpers. Bends, stretches and bounces back — virtually unbreakable in normal use.

When NOT to use it: Avoid for rigid structural parts or anything needing sharp corners and crisp edges.

Carbon Fibre Nylon

₹30 PER GRAM · MAXIMUM STRENGTH, MINIMUM WEIGHT

100+ MPatensile strength
150°Cmax service temp
±0.15 mmtypical tolerance
1 colourin stock

Best for drone frames, robotic arms, end-use mechanical parts, high-load brackets and anything replacing machined aluminium. Stiff, light, heat-resistant — genuine engineering-grade material.

When NOT to use it: Avoid when budget matters more than performance — PETG handles most jobs at a third of the price.
